Privacy Policy

Tramble ("we," "us," "our") is a trip and outfit planning app. This policy explains what
information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Tramble, you agree
to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, and if you sign in with Apple
or Google, the name and email those providers share with us. If you sign in with Apple's
"Hide My Email" option, we only receive the private relay address Apple generates.
- Content you create: trips, legs/destinations, packing lists, outfit
photos and notes, and closet items (including photos, names, categories, and colors) you add
to the app.
- Location you enter: destination names/coordinates you type in for a trip
leg, used to fetch a weather forecast. We do not access your device's GPS location.
How we use your information
- To operate the app - sync your trips and closet across your devices, and let you sign
in.
- To send transactional email - account confirmation and password reset emails.
- To fetch weather forecasts for the destinations and dates you enter.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information
to third parties.
Third-party services
We use a small number of service providers to run Tramble, each of which processes data on
our behalf under their own privacy and security practices:
- Supabase - authentication and database hosting (stores your account,
trips, closet items, and uploaded photos).
- Resend - delivers transactional emails (signup confirmation, password
reset).
- Apple and Google - if you choose to sign in with
either, they authenticate you and share your name/email with us as described above.
- Open-Meteo - provides weather forecasts based on the destination you
enter for a trip. We do not send them any information that identifies you.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase's managed Postgres database and file storage, encrypted in
transit. The app is local-first: a copy of your data is also cached on your device so it works
offline, and syncs back to Supabase when you're online.
Your choices
- You can delete individual trips or closet items at any time from within the app.
- Signing out clears the local copy of your data from your device.
- To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the
email below.
Children's privacy
Tramble is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information
from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the
"Last updated" date above.
